About the Committee

The WSTA Marketing & Communications Committee was approved by the WSTA Board of Directors for formation in 2013. The Committee welcomes participation from marketing and communications professionals of our member agencies. 

Committee Leadership

The Committee elects a new Committee Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary each year. The 2017-18 Officers are:

  • Chair: Agustin Ortega, Yakima Transit
  • Vice Chair: Eric West, Link Transit
  • Secretary: Jennifer Orlando, Yakima Transit

Lodging:

WSTA has a block of rooms reserved at the Davenport Tower for Thursday night at the per diem rate of $99 per night plus tax. Deadline for hotel reservations is March 24th, 2017. Reservations will be based on availability and are subject to a higher rate. Please call the hotel directly at 1-509-455-8888 and ask for Tower Reservations. 

 

*please note the hotel charges for parking, but our group will receive discounted overnight parking at $12 per vehicle.
