Refund Policy: Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on August 29, 2008 either will be refunded or not invoiced. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after that date and registrations not canceled prior to that date will be invoiced--no exceptions. Substitutions are welcome--please notify WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. *Prices for each event are per person. Registrations will not be accepted after August 22, 2008.
