IS COMMITTEE The WSTA IS Committee formed in 2008 and meets quarterly. The Committee is chaired by Kitsap Transit's Don Orton. The mission of the WSTA IS Committee is to assist all transit providers statewide with technology implementation to improve efficiencies.
