Refund Policy: Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on March 10, 2010 will either be refunded or not invoiced. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after that date and registrations not canceled prior to that date will be invoiced. Substitutions are welcome--please notify WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary.
