Registration Fee:  $150 includes facility rental, lunch and dinner on Wednesday, and breakfast on Thursday.  Additional guests are welcome to attend Thursday's dinner for an additional $30.  A $20 late fee will apply to all registrations received after noon on January 21, 2010.

Refund Policy:  Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 5 p.m. on January 25, 2010 either will be refunded or not invoiced.  Refunds will not be made for cancellations made after that date and registrations not canceled prior to that date will be invoiced.   Substitutions are welcome--please notify WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. *Prices for each event are per person.
