WSTA Maintenance Committee Meeting

Lodging:  A block of rooms has been set up for October 24 at the Best Western Snowcap Lodge.  The Snowcap Lodge is located at 809 W Davis Street in Cle Elum.  The per diem rate per room is $77 a night. The cut-off date for making reservations is October 10.   Please call the Best Western Snowcap directly at (509) 674-0200 to make your reservations.

Refund Policy:  Registration fees for cancellations made prior to 3 p.m. on October 17, 2011 either will be refunded or not invoiced.  No refunds will be made for cancellations made after that date and registrations not canceled prior to that date will be invoiced--no exceptions.   Substitutions are welcome--please notify WSTA staff if a substitution is necessary. *Prices for each event are per person.
